RESERVATION POLICIES :

Advanced reservation for our service(s) is recommended. A major credit card is required to hold your reservation(s). If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require 8 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled, changed or rescheduled in less than 2 hours will be billed 100% of each service.

arrival :

If you are visiting for the first time, we suggest you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. As a courtesy to other guests scheduled and following your appointments, late arrivals may only receive the remaining available appointment time. You are responsible for and will be charged the full service fee.

spa ETIQUETTE :

Please arrive at least 5 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate your entire service, however you will be charged in full for your service. Please be respectful of other guests, keep all mobile devices on low or vibrate and maintain a low voice while on the phone.

giftcards :

Serenity Gift Cards are a wonderful way to give the gift of health, wellness, relaxation and beauty to the special people in your life. Gift Cards can be purchased at the front desk or online. Gift Cards are treated as cash, and all lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable. Our gift cards never expire for their cash value. All sales are final.

AGE REQUIREMENTS :

Guests under the age of 18 must have parental consent.

Serenity loves children, however no child under the age of 12 is permitted in the spa without an appointment. Children under 12 may not wait in the lobby unless supervised by an adult.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES :

Unopened products with accompanying receipt can be returned for spa credit or exchanged for another product within 14 days of purchase. Products without accompanying receipt or products that have been opened/used cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final on Gift Cards.

GRATUITIES :

Gratuities are accepted in cash only. If you were happy with your service, it is customary to give 15-20% of the full menu price in gratuity to your therapist.

PAYMENT METHODS :

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.  Gratuity is accepted in cash only.
